Harris Computer's ConnectureDRX health plans team seeks a Director, Health Plans who will own the full account relationship, acting as both the account executive and day-to-day success owner for clients. This hands-on role requires independent work, data-driven analysis (Excel, SQL, BI), and strong communication to translate technical concepts for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
• Analyst-caliber background with data work (Excel/SQL/BI) required.
• Startup/lean, high-ownership experience preferred.
• Proven account leadership experience with commercial outcomes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for clients.

Responsibilities

• Owns the full account relationship for a book of health plan clients.
• Drive growth and retention with minimal dedicated support.
• Perform independent account analyses and prepare client-ready materials.
• Host webinars and engage clients to expand services.
• Monitor renewals and secure ongoing client contracts.
• Travel 5-10% to meet with clients when needed.
