Job summary

Harris Computer’s ConnectureDRX health plans division seeks a Director, Health Plans to own the full account relationship and drive growth and retention without a dedicated support layer. This hands-on role requires running your own accounts, building analyses, and operating independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will engage clients, translate technical concepts into client-friendly terms, and conduct account-level analysis using Excel/SQL/BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related field.
• An analyst-caliber background with the ability to work directly with data (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools) to build account insights independently.
• (1-3 years) startup or lean, high-ownership environment experience.
• (2-4 years) proven client-facing roles with relationship and commercial outcomes.
• Proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for an assigned book of health plan accounts.
• Build account-level analyses including enrollment and portfolio data.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and drive client engagement.
