Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a Director, Health Plans to own end-to-end client relationships, drive growth and retention, and operate without a dedicated support layer. This hands-on role requires building analyses, independent account management, and strong communication with clients across the health plans domain.

Ideal candidates will have data analytics capability (Excel/SQL/BI), startup/high-ownership experience, and proven client-facing success. Remote work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, CS, Data/Analytics)
• Analyst-caliber data skills with Excel/SQL/BI tools
• Startup or lean, high-ownership experience (1–3 yrs)
• Proven experience as Account Exec or Customer Success Manager (2–4 yrs)
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Translate technical concepts into client-friendly terms

Responsibilities

• Own assigned health plan accounts and develop trusted relationships
• Build account insights using enrollment and portfolio data
• Drive growth and retention with proactive client engagement
• Lead webinars to enhance customers' product knowledge
• Monitor renewals and secure contract renewals
• Operate independently in a fast-moving, startup-paced environment
