Job summary

Harris Computer seeks a Director, Health Plans to own full account relationships, run own accounts, and analyze data with Excel/SQL/BI tools to drive growth and retention. This hands-on role requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts for clients. Remote within the U.S.

Travel 5-10% may be required; join a team delivering health plan software solutions and growth oriented outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, CS, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• 1-3 years data/analytics experience.
• 2-4 years in Account Executive or Customer Success roles.
• Proven communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for clients.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned health plan accounts and drive growth and retention.
• Develop client insights using enrollment and portfolio data.
• Lead check-ins and webinars to expand services.
• Monitor renewals and proactively secure renewals.
• Build analyses and client-ready materials.
• Travel 5-10% as needed.
