Harris Computer in the United States seeks a Director of Health Plans to own client relationships, drive growth and retention, and operate independent of a dedicated support layer. You will run your own accounts, analyze data, and present client-ready insights.

The role emphasizes startup-style ownership, strong communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts for clients. Travel is moderate and remote work is allowed within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, CS, Data/Analytics or related field.
• Analyst-caliber background with ability to work directly with data to build account insights.
• Experience in a startup or lean, high-ownership environment.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or in a similar client-facing role with relationship and commercial outcomes.
• Proven communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into client-friendly terms.
• Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of health plan accounts, developing and nurturing proven relationships with clients.
• Become experienced in each client's strategic targets, book of business, and operations.
• Increase customer engagement through proactive check-ins; understand clients' evolving needs and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Independently build the account-level analysis behind recommendations — including enrollment and portfolio data, opportunity sizing, and client-ready materials.
• Facilitate or host webinars with experts to enhance customers' product knowledge.
• Monitor contract renewals and proactively engage with clients to secure renewals.
