Harris Computer seeks a Director, Health Plans to own full account relationships and serve as the account executive and day-to-day success owner for health plan clients. This hands-on, independent role thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong data analysis and communication skills.

Remote within the U.S. supported; travel 5-10% yearly. You will drive growth and renewals while building client-ready analyses and hosting product knowledge webinars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, CS, data/analytics or related field.
• Analyst-caliber background with data work (Excel/SQL/BI) to build insights.
• Experience in startup or lean, high-ownership environments.

Responsabilités

• Own an assigned book of health plan accounts as primary contact.
• Develop understanding of clients' targets, book of business, and operations.
• Increase engagement by proactive check-ins and identify opportunities for services.
• Independently build account-level analyses behind recommendations.
• Host webinars to enhance customers' product knowledge.
• Monitor renewals and drive client retention.
