Job summary

Harris Computer, a leading software provider, seeks a Director of Health Plans to own the full account relationship and act as both account executive and success owner for health plan clients. The role is remote within the U.S.

and requires strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with a track record in client-facing roles. You will run your own accounts, build analyses, and operate independently in a startup-paced environment, traveling 5–10% annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• Analyst-level data skills with ability to build account insights.
• Startup or lean high-ownership environment experience.
• Proven experience as Account Executive, Customer Success Manager, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for clients.
• Results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Own the full account relationship for health plan clients and drive growth and retention.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' targets, book of business, and operations.
• Proactively engage clients to identify opportunities for additional services and improve engagement.
• Build account insights, enrollment/portfolio analyses, and client-ready materials.
• Facilitate webinars with experts to enhance product knowledge for customers.
• Monitor renewals and actively work to secure them.
