TEKsystems is seeking a Health Plan Specialist in Tulsa, OK for a contract role. You will provide 100% inbound telephonic support, handling complex benefits, billing, and enrollment questions during Open Enrollment.

Expect 50–70 calls daily at peak periods and maintain thorough documentation to ensure timely resolutions. Work is remote with the opportunity to support members across plans, while adhering to high standards of customer service and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service with complex questions about benefits, billing, and enrollment.
• Handle 50–70 calls per day during peak Open Enrollment.
• Own issues and document to ensure complete, accurate, and timely resolution.
• Treat customers with respect and courtesy and act with the customer in mind.
• Work efficiently by utilizing online tools and resources.
• Resolve customer issues with a high degree of accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Assist members in complex situations.
