You will follow scripts, maintain professional courtesy, and meet daily outbound and appointment targets while ensuring privacy and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year call center experience or 2+ years general work experience required.
• Experience with outbound calling and scripts in a metrics-driven environment is preferred.
• Strong communication and courtesy when handling health plan members.

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour to schedule health evaluations.
• Follow approved scripts and respond to rebuttals professionally.
• Maintain high productivity and quality metrics in a remote or office setting.
• Monitor performance and report results using designated systems.
• Adhere to HIPAA and privacy guidelines.
