SCAN Health Insurance is seeking a Member Experience Guide to support members remotely across several states. You will handle inquiries and resolve issues in healthcare with empathy and accuracy, translating complex benefits and claims into clear guidance for members.

The role focuses on high-volume interactions, requires English proficiency and multilingual capabilities, and offers a remote, inclusive work environment with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• 1+ years of customer service in a contact center, healthcare, hospitality, or service environment.
• Experience resolving customer issues and handling high-volume interactions.
• English language skills required (read/write/speak).
• Experience in a provider office, medical group, hospital, or health plan.
• Fluency in languages in addition to English (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese).

• Serve as a trusted partner to members, guiding them from inquiry to resolution with empathy and accountability.
• Translate benefits, claims, and processes into simple, actionable guidance so members feel supported and informed.
