SCAN Health Insurance is seeking a Member Experience Guide to support our members remotely, handling inquiries through resolution with empathy and accountability. You will translate benefits and processes into clear guidance, providing essential assistance in a healthcare-focused environment.

This role supports members from AZ, NV, TX, WA, NM in a remote setup, with an annual bonus program, generous PTO, and a strong 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service in contact center, healthcare, hospitality, or service environment.
• Experience resolving customer issues across multiple systems.
• English (read, write, spoken) required.
• Experience in a provider office, medical group, hospital, or health plan.
• Fluency in one or more additional languages (Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted partner to members, handling inquiries to resolution with empathy and clarity.
• Translate benefits, claims, and processes into simple guidance so members feel supported.
• Deliver high-quality, empathetic service in a remote contact-center setting.
