Job summary

Scan Health Plan is seeking a Member Experience Guide to own the end-to-end member interaction with empathy and accountability. You will resolve inquiries with a Champion’s Mindset, aiming for first-call resolution and clear follow-through.

This remote role supports members across multiple states, offering a quarterly bonus program, wellness benefits, generous PTO, and retirement savings. Fluency in English is required, with multilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience 1+ years in customer service in contact center, healthcare, hospitality, or service environment.
• Experience resolving customer issues, managing multiple systems, and high-volume interactions.
• English (Read, Write, Spoken) skills required.

• Own the end-to-end experience and take accountability for resolving inquiries and requests with a Champion’s Mindset.
• Strive for first-call resolution by navigating systems and teams efficiently.
