Job summary

SCAN Health Insurance is seeking a Remote Member Experience Guide to serve as a trusted partner to members, owning each interaction from inquiry to resolution with empathy and accountability.

You will translate benefits, claims, and processes into simple, actionable guidance, ensuring members feel supported. Candidates should have 1+ years in customer service within healthcare or related fields and be fluent in English plus additional languages.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service in a contact center, healthcare, hospitality, or service-oriented environment.
• English (Read, Write, Speak) required.
• Experience in a provider office, medical group, hospital, or health plan.
• Fluency in one or more of the following languages in addition to English: Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Vietnamese.
