Job summary

The Sequoia Project is a nonprofit organization that maintains the eHealth Exchange, a nationwide health information exchange network. We seek an onboarding and program management professional to guide customers through implementation and testing, ensuring flawless execution and high-quality customer service.

The role involves direct customer interaction, status reporting, and planning onboarding activities, with remote work options and potential extended hours.

Qualifications

• 5+ years client-focused experience, 3+ years in program/project management.
• Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to communicate to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with health IT standards (IHE/FHIR) preferred.
• Remote position, extended working hours possible, minimal travel.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with customers, prepare implementation status reports, and manage technical onboarding plans.
• Educate applicants, facilitate federal agency calls, and process legal agreements.
• Host monthly all participant calls and respond to Administrator emails.
