eHealth Exchange is seeking an Onboarding Program Manager to lead customer implementations for onboarding, testing, and technical support. You will guide health systems, providers, and HIEs as they connect to the eHealth Exchange network, ensure documentation, run testing, and address onboarding requirements with strong communication.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a client-focused role with increasing responsibility.
• Minimum 3+ years program/project management experience; health IT or HIE preferred.
• Experience with InterSystems HealthShare and IRIS for Health preferred.
• Business Associate Agreement contracting experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Interact directly and independently with customers through onboarding to activation.
• Prepare detailed implementation status reports and resolve gaps to keep on track.
• Educate applicants on joining and testing requirements and benefits of use cases.
• Encourage adoption of new eHealth Exchange services and use cases.
• Coordinate calls with federal agencies to communicate onboarding status.
• Develop onboarding plans and maintain customer records across deployments.
• Draft requirements documents communicating workflows to stakeholders and technical staff.
• Host the Monthly All Participant Call with a meaningful agenda.
• Respond to emails and coordinate introductory calls within required timeframes.
