Job summary

Knowtion Health is seeking a Project Manager II, Implementation, to lead the successful deployment of our programs at client health systems. This remote role focuses on planning, documentation, communication, and risk management to ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.

You will develop and manage comprehensive project plans, lead multiple concurrent implementations, and monitor milestones while mitigating risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in healthcare or revenue cycle organizations.
• 3+ years in client-facing, technology-driven implementation or project management roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans aligned with client requirements and SOW.
• Lead multiple concurrent client implementation projects with clear stakeholder communication.
• Monitor milestones, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Build relationships with clients and internal teams to position Knowtion Health as a trusted partner.
• Track program success against booking estimates and report on KPIs.
