Job summary

Solventum is seeking a skilled Clinical Coder to join our remote UK team. You will work across NHS coding workflows, EMR documentation, and end-user training to ensure accurate data capture and smooth implementations, while complying with regulatory standards.

You will act as a subject matter expert supporting Project Managers, lead requirements discovery, and drive user engagement through remote and onsite demos, testing, and successful go-live support. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum NHS clinical coder experience of 4 years.
• National Clinical Coding Qualification (NCCQ) required.
• ACC status up to date.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert, supporting the Project Manager.
• Lead requirements discovery and intake during implementations.
• Drive user engagement via remote and onsite demos.
• Configure, test and validate solutions; translate requirements; support UAT.
• Deliver end-user training and train-the-trainer programs.
• Provide go-live support through remote sessions and onsite assistance.
• Document final configurations and handover outcomes.
• Represent the voice of the customer during implementation.
• Conduct clinical audits.
