Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Clinical Development Analyst to support inpatient and outpatient coding initiatives on a remote US basis. You will develop coding content, modify client records to mirror product use, and validate/test variations across documentation terminology.

The role requires AHIMA certification (RHIA/RHIT/CCS), proficiency in ICD-10-CM and PCS, and 4+ years inpatient coding experience in health settings. Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 4 years inpatient coding experience in various environments.
• Or high school diploma with 8 years inpatient coding experience in various environments.
• AHIMA Coding Certification (RHIA, RHIT, CCS) is required.
• Proficiency with ICD-10-CM and PCS coding systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop Inpatient and Outpatient coding content for products.
• Code/modify client records to simulate client environment with product use.
• Add/validate content with variations in documentation terminology.
• Validate/test content for Inpatient and Outpatient products.
• Utilize coding knowledge to enhance client experience.
• Willing to work extra to meet deadlines.
• Deal with software concerns using independent judgement.
• Offer alternative coding paths based on expertise.
