Job summary

Solventum seeks a Clinical Development Analyst to develop inpatient coding content, modify client records to simulate environments, and validate documentation for inpatient and outpatient products. You will apply AHIMA-certified coding expertise to support customers with accurate, timely deliverables.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, manage multiple tasks, and communicate clearly in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher including 4 years of hospital inpatient coding experience.
• AHIMA Coding Certification (RHIA/RHIT/CCS) required.
• High School Diploma/GED with 8 years inpatient coding experience as alternative.

Responsibilities

• Develop inpatient coding content for inpatient and outpatient products.
• Code/modify client records to simulate client environment with product use.
• Add/validate content with variations in documentation terminology.
• Validate/test content for inpatient and outpatient products.
• Provide strong communication and problem solving in fast-paced environment.
• Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate independent work and teamwork as needed.
