Job summary

Solventum currently seeks a Clinical Development Analyst to develop and maintain encoding software for HIM clients, ensuring quality control and timely support. You will keep software aligned with coding guidelines and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance workflows.

The role requires 4+ years hospital coding, RHIA/RHIT/CCS/CPC credentials, strong communication, and analytical skills. Remote work with up to 10% travel, onboarding on-site may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 4 years hospital coding experience
• Or a high school diploma with 8 years hospital coding experience
• HIM credential: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC
• Master’s degree in healthcare or nursing informatics preferred
• Strong communication, oral presentation and writing skills
• Ability to work well within a team and apply coding knowledge to databases

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain disease & procedure encoding software for HIM clients
• Test and perform quality control on expert software
• Provide timely and accurate coding support and answers
• Update software with country coding guidelines and regulations
• Lead development and implementation of improvements to workflows and tools
