Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Solutions Trainer (CDI/Coding) to train healthcare customers on Solventum HIS software remote and onsite.

The role requires 10+ years HIM/clinical coding experience with diverse casemix, HIMAA eligibility, and familiarity with EMR workflows; travel up to 50% domestically.

You will deliver live classroom and web-based training, contribute to asynchronous content, and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years Health Information Management/clinical coding experience.
• Eligible for full HIMAA membership.
• Experience with Solventum 360 Encompass preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead training for Solventum HIS software customers remotely and onsite.
• Deliver live classroom and web-based training; contribute to asynchronous training.
• Participate in project implementations with pre/post go-live activity.
• Serve as SME and mentor to internal Solventum HIS teams.
• Follow corporate standards and Solventum values in all activities.
