Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of company software and patient records.
• Adhere to HIPAA standards and privacy regulations.
• Assist with administrative duties such as data entry and file organization.
• Respond to internal/external requests for records promptly and accurately.
