Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI associate to process medical record requests efficiently while safeguarding patient privacy. You will handle requests, verify information, and ensure timely, accurate releases in line with HIPAA and company policy.

The role involves answering calls from patients, insurers, and attorneys, documenting data across platforms, and maintaining strong attention to detail in a high-volume environment. Remote work with full benefits is provided.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Professional verbal and written communication in English.
• Detail- and quality-oriented with accurate data handling.

Responsabilidades

• Process medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to provide status.
• Document information in multiple platforms using two monitors.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with administrative duties as needed.
