Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry level ROI associate to process medical records requests accurately and promptly while protecting patient privacy. You will handle front desk tasks, answer calls, and support data entry across multiple platforms from a remote home-based setup.

Key responsibilities include HIPAA-compliant processing, chart preparation, and maintaining security of patient information. Prior experience in healthcare data entry is a bonus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
• Professional verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process ROI requests in HIPAA-compliant manner.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and security at all times.
• Assist with walk-in patients and inbound/outbound calls.
• Document information across platforms using two monitors.
• Prepare new patient charts and retrieve records from paper/electronic sources.
• Ensure medical records are complete and properly ordered.
• Adhere to privacy, Code of Conduct, and HIPAA policies.
• Data entry and light administrative duties as needed.
