Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI Associate to handle medical record requests with accuracy and privacy, supporting patients, insurers, and attorneys. You will document activities across platforms, ensuring HIPAA compliant release of information in a high-volume setting.

The role offers remote work, full benefits, and on-the-job training with mentorship. Candidates should have a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and strong data-entry and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Able to work overtime during peak seasons when required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Comfortable using phones, fax, printers, and other office equipment.

Responsabilités

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of all information.
• Maintain knowledge of facility software and electronic medical records.
• Adhere to codes of conduct and policies.
• Respond to requests in a fast-paced environment; may assist with patient walk-ins.
• Prepare patient charts and assemble records in standard order.
• Create digital images of paperwork for storage in the EMR.
