Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level associate to process medical record requests (ROI) accurately and efficiently. You will safeguard patient privacy while handling requests from patients, insurers, and attorneys, ensuring HIPAA compliance and data integrity.

The role is remote with standard daytime hours, requiring comfort in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and strong data entry in multiple systems. Training and equipment are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to commute between locations as needed.
• Proficient with phones, fax, printers and general office equipment.
• Strong data entry and written/verbal English communication.
• Detail oriented and compliant with privacy/HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process patient health information requests in accordance with policy.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Document information in multiple platforms with two monitors.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with walk-ins if needed.
• Support administrative duties and meet site productivity expectations.
