Job summary

Datavant is seeking an entry-level ROI assistant to process medical record requests in a remote, full-time role. You will handle patient information requests with accuracy and protect privacy in line with HIPAA guidelines.

Responsibilities include taking calls from patients, insurers, and attorneys, documenting data across platforms on dual monitors, and using Microsoft Office tools. Training, benefits, and a supportive mentor system are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process requests for patient health information in accordance with policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of privileged information.
• Maintain working knowledge of company and facility software.
• Respond to requests for patient records from internal and external sources.
• Answer inbound/outbound calls and assist with administrative duties as needed.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and company code of conduct.
