Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager for a field-based role covering multiple regions in the United States. You will partner with health systems and cross-functional teams to align HIT capabilities with customer workflows, focusing on EHRs and digital health tools.

Responsibilities include educating customers on HIT resources, supporting account planning, and ensuring governance and policy alignment while driving improvements in patient identification and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in a hospital, practice, or patient-care setting.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT, including major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for improved patient care and efficiency.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks, opportunities, and HIT trends.
• Serve as an HIT subject matter resource across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating field support.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, and governance decisions per GSK policies.
