Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to lead HIT-enabled initiatives across multiple U.S. regions.

The role partners with health systems to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and EHR environments, driving patient identification, care coordination, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include educating customers on approved EHR-enabled resources, contributing HIT expertise to account planning, and serving as a subject-matter resource across Market

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, life sciences, or related field.
Minimum 3 years in healthcare/pharma, with 2+ in health informatics or EHR roles.
Experience with inpatient or ambulatory workflows and major EHR platforms.
Customer-facing experience coordinating across teams and governance.

Responsibilities

Assess customer workflows and EHR readiness to identify opportunities for improved care delivery.
Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
Serve as HIT SME across Market Access, coordinating customer support and providing field input on scalable tools.
