Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager to drive HIT initiatives across Market Access. You will align HIT capabilities with customer needs, workflows, and technology environments including EHRs, data insights, and digital tools.

You will educate customers, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure governance and compliance while supporting patient identification and care coordination improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires healthcare/pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience with EHR platforms and clinical decision support.
• Customer-facing experience and cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer workflows and EHR readiness to identify opportunities for improved patient identification and care coordination.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled digital resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units.
• Ensure governance, privacy, and compliance in decisions.
