GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to drive HIT-enabled initiatives across multiple states. This field-based role partners with health systems and cross-functional teams to align EHR capabilities with clinical workflows and patient care objectives.

The role focuses on translating data insights into practical opportunities, educating customers on approved digital resources, and coordinating HIT efforts while ensuring governance and compliance with internal policies.

Qualifications

• Experience with health information technology (HIT) and EHR-enabled tools in healthcare settings.
• Ability to translate data insights into practical opportunities for care delivery.
• Experience working with health systems, IDNs, and academic medical centers.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify compliant opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled digital resources and support their evaluation.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools and resources across GSK.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security, and governance decisions.
