Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health or related field.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for patient care improvements.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights and risks with internal partners.
• Serve as a HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and providing field input for scalable tools.
