Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to leverage HIT to improve care delivery across priority areas. The role partners with health systems and cross-functional teams to align HIT capabilities with clinical workflows and technology environments, including EHRs, population health tools, and digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in health informatics or EHR-related roles in healthcare settings.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health information technology.
• Familiarity with EHR platforms and clinical decision support, patient identification, order sets, and care pathways.
• Experience with health-system governance and cross-functional collaboration.
• Epic or major EHR certification or RHIA/RHIT/CPHIMS or equivalent desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify compliant improvement opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital health resources and support evaluation for use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance and privacy decisions within policy.
