• Bachelor’s degree; minimum 3 years in healthcare/pharma
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in hospital or practice
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory workflows and HIT platforms
• Customer-facing experience with hands-on knowledge of EHR products, CDS, and governance

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with needs
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to opportunities
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement
• Coordinate customer support and provide field input on scalable tools
• Ensure governance decisions align with policies and compliance
