Job summary

GSK seeks a Health Informatics Manager in Market Access to translate HIT insights into opportunities across a broad regional footprint. You will partner with health systems and cross-functional teams to align HIT capabilities with workflows and technology environments, including EHRs and population health tools.

The role emphasizes educator and SME responsibilities, delivering field support while ensuring governance and policy alignment. Remote-based, with exposure to multiple therapeutic areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in healthcare settings.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and HIT.
• Experience with multiple EHR platforms and reporting/population health tools.
• Epic or other major EHR certification (CPHIMS/RHIA/RHIT) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled, digital resources and support their evaluation.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement.
• Serve as HIT subject matter resource across Market Access and other GSK units.
• Ensure customer ownership of governance decisions within GSK policies.
