Job summary

GSK is seeking a Health Informatics Manager for a field-based role covering multiple states. You will translate health information technology insights into practical opportunities to improve patient identification, clinical workflows, care coordination, and operational efficiency.

You’ll educate customers on approved EHR-enabled tools and coordinate with cross-functional teams across Market Access. You will support HIT adoption, workflow redesign, population health, and digital health

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles within a hospital, physician practice, or patient-care environment.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT including major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with hands-on EHR knowledge.
• Experience supporting health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, or large provider organizations.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
