Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree; Minimum 3 years of healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience; Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and front-end use of major EHR platforms.
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams with knowledge of EHR products and governance.
• Experience supporting health systems, IDNs, academic medical centers, or large provider organizations.
• Experience in Oncology, Respiratory, Infectious Diseases or related therapeutic areas.
• Experience with product launches, EHR optimization, workflow redesign, population health, or digital health initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities that improve patient identification and care delivery.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT subject matter resource across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support.
• Ensure customer governance, privacy, security, and compliance decisions align with GSK policies.
