Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in hospital, practice, or patient-care setting.
• Experience with major EHR platforms (Athenahealth, Epic, Cerner, Meditech, OncoEMR, iKnowMed).
• Customer-facing experience assessing needs and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess customer workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities.
• Educate customers on EHR-enabled, digital, patient identification, and measurement resources.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support.
