GlaxoSmithKline is seeking a Health Informatics Manager in a field-based role across US states to lead HIT initiatives within Market Access. You will translate data insights into practical opportunities that improve patient identification, workflows, and care coordination, working with health systems and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• 2+ years in health informatics or EHR-related roles in hospital/clinic settings.
• Experience with EHR platforms or health IT workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with health-system stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align HIT resources with customer needs and workflows.
• Assess clinician workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify opportunities for patient identification and care coordination.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support their evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement, sharing insights, risks and trends with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support and field input.
• Ensure customer ownership of clinical, technical, implementation, privacy, security and governance decisions within policy.
