Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years in health informatics or EHR-related roles.
• Experience with inpatient or ambulatory clinical workflows and health IT including major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to align HIT resources with customer needs, workflows, and tech environments.
• Assess workflows, EHR readiness, data insights, and barriers to identify compliant opportunities.
• Educate customers on approved EHR-enabled resources and support evaluation for potential use.
• Contribute HIT expertise to account planning and customer engagement with internal partners.
• Serve as HIT SME across Market Access and other GSK units, coordinating customer support.
• Ensure governance, privacy, security, and compliance decisions align with policy.
