Job summary

Guidehealth is seeking a Healthguide to remotely support patient coordination with primary care practices. You will document health histories, help navigate care plans, and escalate medical issues as needed.

The position requires Certified Medical Assistant or EMT credentials, 2+ years experience, and proficiency with EHR systems. Travel to Atlanta-area sites may be required, with paid training provided.

Responsibilities
