Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a remote Certified Health Coach to join our Health Coaching team. You will engage members via phone and chat, offering education, motivation, and behavior-change coaching to adopt healthier habits while following established workflows.

You will complete NBHWC-certified training (6 weeks) and coordinate with a multidisciplinary care team. Flexibility to work evenings and rotating Saturdays is required, along with a reliable internet connection.

Qualifications

• Completed NBHWC-certified training program.
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field.
• Experience with chat-based coaching is a plus.
• Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound/outbound coaching calls to educate and motivate participants.
• Enroll eligible participants and provide behavior-change coaching.
• Coordinate care services with nurses and external vendors.
• Maintain detailed records of member progress.
• Participate in daily and monthly meetings and share insights.

Education

Bachelor's degree in health-related field

NBHWC board certification (plus)
