Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Health Coach to operate in a remote, full-time role. You will conduct telephonic coaching, education, and motivation to help participants reach wellness goals, working within established workflows and a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a health-related bachelor's degree, strong communication skills, and the ability to learn coaching methods. Training is provided with a fixed schedule, and compensation includes an hourly rate with certification bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field required; NBHWC certification may substitute for the degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Experience with coaching or behavior change programs preferred.
• Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Engage in inbound and outbound coaching calls to educate and enroll participants.
• Provide individualized behavior change coaching using motivational interviewing.
• Coordinate with care team to deliver services and support participants.
• Maintain schedules and caseloads to ensure program connectivity and progress.
• Document and track participants' progress and program efficacy.
