Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Certified Health Coach to join a remote, full-time team. Coaches conduct education, support, and motivation via phone and chat, helping members reach health goals within established workflows.

The role requires NBHWC-certified training and a Bachelor’s in a health-related field, with strong communication and documentation skills. Training is 6 weeks CST, 8am–4:30pm.

Qualifications

• Completed NBHWC-certified training program.
• Bachelor's degree in health-related field.
• Experience delivering coaching via chat is a plus.
• Experience with scheduling and contact-center metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage in inbound and outbound coaching calls to enroll participants.
• Provide individualized behavior-change coaching.
• Reach out to members who are enrolled but missing a scheduled call.
• Coordinate services with multi-disciplinary care team including nurses.
• Support operational aspects to meet customer requirements.
• Adhere to schedule and caseload for member connectivity.
• Attend daily and monthly meetings to share insights.
• Track member progress and program efficacy.
