Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Health Coach to engage, educate, and motivate program participants through phone-based coaching and structured workflows. The role focuses on supporting members with behavior change and healthier lifestyle choices under supervision of an Operations Coach Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field required; NBHWC certification may substitute for the health-related part of the degree.
• 1-2 years of related experience; customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with benchmarks and contact center metrics preferred; adherence to schedule.
• Proficiency in computer data entry and Microsoft Office; ability to navigate software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engagement calls to inform participants about the program and enroll them.
• Coaching participants to support behavior change and healthier habits.
• Outbound outreach to participants who need scheduled coaching calls.
• Coordinate services with nurses, pharmacists, and external vendors.
• Support operational aspects to meet customer requirements and manage caseloads.
• Adhere to a schedule and maintain connectivity of member interactions.
• Participate in daily and monthly meetings to share findings.
• Note and track progress and efficacy of the program.
