Sharecare is hiring a Certified Health Coach to remotely coach members and promote healthier lifestyles. You will engage in structured calls, document progress, and collaborate with nurses and vendors to support client outcomes.

The role requires NBHWC training with optional CHES certification, a health-related bachelor’s degree, and strong communication and organizational skills. Evening shifts and rotating Saturdays are possible, with a remote work setup in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Completed NBHWC certified training program.
• Experience with coaching or contact-center environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field (psychology, nutrition, exercise science, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Conduct telephonic coaching calls to educate and motivate members.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary care team to deliver services.
• Document interactions and track progress in software.
• Engage members inbound and outbound to enroll in programs.
• Maintain schedule and meet caseload targets.
• Participate in daily/monthly team meetings to share insights.
