Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field is required.
• Completed NBHWC certified training program is required.
• Experience delivering coaching sessions via chat is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Engage in telephonic coaching calls with participants.
• Provide behavior change coaching using motivational interviewing.
• Coordinate care with nurses and external vendors.
• Maintain documentation of interactions in the software platform.
• Adhere to schedule and caseload with minimal supervision.
