Job summary

Sharecare is a digital healthcare company delivering software and services to improve care quality and outcomes. As a Health Coach you will engage members via an automated dialer, provide education and motivation, and document progress within established workflows.

Start date is Monday, October 26th, 2026. Training runs 6 weeks 8am–4:30pm CST; you must not miss training days. Compensation is hourly at $21.50 or $25 with NBC-HWC/CHES certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field required.
• Completed NBHWC certified training is required.
• NBHWC board certification is a plus.
• Experience with chat to deliver coaching sessions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in telephonic calls: engagement, coaching, and outreach.
• Coordinate services with multi-disciplinary care team.
• Document interactions and track member progress.
• Adhere to schedule and caseload to ensure client connectivity.
• Attend daily/monthly updates and present findings.
