Job summary

Sharecare is seeking a Health Coach to support members with education, motivation, and structured coaching workflows. You will conduct inbound and outbound sessions, enroll participants, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve health outcomes.

Hours are Monday–Friday 10:30am–9:00pm CST with every fourth Saturday; six-week training 8am–4:30pm CST. Training cannot be missed due to schedule. Compensation is $21.50/hour or $25/hour with NBC-HWC or CHES certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field required (i.e., Psychology, Nutrition, Exercise Science, etc.). NBHWC certification might substitute for the health-related degree in specific cases.
• 1–2 years of related experience; customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engagement (inbound and outbound)– contacting eligible participants to inform them of the program and enroll them.
• Coaching (inbound and outbound)– provide individualized behavior change coaching to reduce or eliminate high risk behaviors.
• Chase (outbound)– reach out to members who are enrolled but do not have a scheduled call.
• Coordinate delivery of services with nurses, pharmacists and external vendors.
