Job summary

Future is seeking Health Coaches (1099 independent contractors) to own a caseload of members and guide each through onboarding and milestones. You’ll coach via virtual sessions and messaging, translating a member’s goals and data into personalized plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery, with support from AI tooling.

Requirements include NBC-HWC certification, associate degree or higher, and 2+ years of client-facing coaching.

Qualifications

• NBC-HWC certification is required.
• 2+ years of client-facing coaching or training experience.
• Ability to coach via messaging and video.
• Ability to synthesize health data from apps and wearables into a single plan.

Responsibilities

• Host virtual kickoff and check-in sessions and guide members from onboarding to milestones.
• Build personalized, data-informed plans across fitness, nutrition, sleep, and recovery.
• Use motivational interviewing and reflective listening to help members find their own reasons for change.
• Track progress against goals and contribute to evolving program design and best practices.
